The Provincial Room accommodates up to 100 guests for seated dinners and is frequently used for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and pre-event cocktail gatherings.
For larger celebrations, we can host up to 300 guests for ceremonies, with a seamless transition into the Grand Ballroom for cocktail hour and reception.

There is lots to uncover when planning an event, we get it! We want to make the process as easy as possible while you choose your dream wedding venue. Below we have outlined some commonly asked questions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking with us between 12 - 18 months ahead of your wedding date to secure your preferred date. Please check availability and offers within 12 months, as we may have dates available.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, our catering team can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal menu options, as well as many other allergens.
Will we have a menu tasting?
Absolutely! We offer menu tastings for our couples, to finalize food and beverage selections before the event.
Can we host our rehearsal on-site?
Yes, our venue coordinator will facilitate rehearsal for you. The date will be determined closer to the wedding date and will be based on our event schedule.
dO i need a wedding planner?
We always love working with professional wedding planners. Our venue does offer a hands-on coordinator, but duties are limited to the day of setup and coordination of venue specific timing. You may benefit from having both!
Can I customize the wedding packages?
Yes! We offer both pre-set wedding packages and fully customizable options to suit your vision, your budget and your guest count. Our wedding packages are designed to inspire you!
WHAT OTHER FEES / PERMITS ARE REQUIRED?
We require all couples to obtain insurance with a minimum of $2 million liability policy. We require Brookside Banquet Centre and Culinary Catering to be named as additional insured parties.
do you include tables, chairs, linens, etc?
We provide a curated collection of tables, chiavari chairs, classic linen, and napkins, a clear podium, white dinnerware, silver cutlery, and glass stemware.
Optional upgrades are available to tailor our space to reflect your unique vision.
do you allow outside vendors?
We welcome trusted and insured professionals to help bring your vision to life. To ensure a seamless experience for all, we require all outside vendors are approved in advance. Wedding cakes are welcomed from licensed commercial bakeries. Vendors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance and certifications on request. Load in and out times must be coordinated in advance to adhere to our venue guidelines.
